Bringing over 20 years of executive assistant experience to the Sister Warriors team, Lisette has a proven track record of partnering with executive leaders to build organizations. Her focus areas include establishing core values, meticulous organization, strategic operations, and promoting employee happiness. Across all her roles, Lisette has remained deeply passionate about fostering inclusive spaces, opportunities, and equity for marginalized staff.
As a survivor, Lisette has dedicated herself to advocating for Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, children, and trans people through extensive volunteering and community support. She firmly believes that anything is possible in community, a conviction that has guided her back to serve the very communities she originated from. As Chief of Staff at Sister Warriors, Lisette provides essential support to the VP of Policy & Strategy, oversees day-to-day operations, ensures the SWFC team has the support it needs, and spearheads projects vital to achieving the mission.
