Gender Justice

Women, girls, and trans people of all genders are powerful, resilient, and deeply interconnected. Every day, we organize to meet our needs, care for our families, and survive systems designed to punish and erase us. We understand that we must both dismantle systemic oppression and build communities of care. Rather than simply demanding a seat at a table built to exclude us, we are coming together to transform the room itself.

Because of these systems of oppression, we have had to turn to each other for support. A core component of Sister Warriors’ fight is building networks of care and protection to keep each other safe and bring about change. Our chapters are the heart of our work. Our chapters throughout California serve as safe spaces and political homes for many of our members. We invite you to join us in building networks of care and protection, strengthening our collective voice, growing our political power, and transforming our communities.

Come as YOU ARE. We are here to support one another! There is a role for each of us in this moment, and we are stronger when we organize together.
